After an exceptionally successful run with over 25,000 visitors; Van Cleef & Arpels “Art of Movement” exhibition came to a close, with quite the celebration that we also had the privilege to produce.
Each part of the event was well thought out and creatively cultivated with “The Art of Movement” being the driving force and centre piece of all production elements. A 100 strong crew worked tirelessly over two days to transform the entirety of The Design Museum to a whimsical landscape. No detail was missed or minute spared in the quick 2 hour load in, it was all hands on deck to bring this magical evening together.
As you walked into the atrium you were welcomed by forestry and foliage provided by Simon Lycett alongside our 24ft step and repeat. Put together by our production team and all beautifully lit up to create that picture perfect moment for the guests. The star of the show may have been the exhibition but, we cannot forget the moving champagne bar sourced and altered to our clients specification. Which offered a sensational moving home for Rocket Catering’s creation of candyfloss cocoon’s, which once placed in your drink of choice would reveal a beautiful butterfly. We placed LED titan tubes behind the stage to showcase the live jazz band with projection mapping of the ceiling was created by Pixel Artworks to emulate the four different themes of movement flowing throughout the exhibition (Nature Alive, Dance, Elegance and Abstract Movement).
We sourced and curated furniture for each level of the museum, including a 25ft long serving bar for the satisfying spread of food. Not to forget a few secret nooks and bars for guests to discover throughout, all expertly placed by our team and in house designer to ensure all mock ups and renderings came fully to life.
All of this could not have been executed without the help of our incredible team, going that extra mile to create such breathtakingly magical moments.
